College Assistance Migrant Program Director
This administrative professional position provides direction and oversight of the federally funded CAMP program, including administrative, fiscal and personnel functions and is responsible for establishing and implementing strategies to increase retention, providing leadership, planning, supervising, managing and administering the programs. A bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of experience advising/counseling student services programs for college students with migrant and seasonal farm worker and/or low-income backgrounds, previous experience with the US Dept. of Education Office of Migrant Education Programs and fluency in Spanish are required.
