Job Description:
The Enterprise Application Administrator (EAA) has working knowledge of current campus technologies.  The Enterprise Application Administrator must be able to work independently to develop and troubleshoot software, databases, and web solutions and find timely resolutions. This individual must be able to lead as well as work on team projects under administrative direction.  The EAA will work with users inside college as well as contacts outside (i.e. vendors and third party system support).  This position requires analytical/problem solving, leadership, organizational, communication, & interpersonal skills. Individual must continuously maintain related skills and welcome new challenges to assist in migrating campuses to new technologies.

The Enterprise Application Administrator will maintain, upgrade, configure, integrate, enhance, test, and support enterprise applications. The EAA will develop customized software to simplify and automate college's operations. Responsibilities also include document to standards to produce appropriate reference resources for departmental use. May conduct and assist in evaluating, testing, and implementing of new applications.

Requirements:
Education Required: 
 Minimum of an Associate's degree in a computer-centered discipline with five years of required experience or seven years of required experience.

Experience Required:  Five years' experience supporting enterprise applications.  Experience running projects.  Experience developing relational databases utilizing SQL.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:

  • Pertinent Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • Banner, Oracle, Cognos, SQL, PL/SQL, RESTful JSON
  • UI/UX design
  • In depth Excel knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationship with supervising personnel, co-workers, all college employees and the public.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Must be able to travel between the college's two campuses and other sites.
  • Bilingual Skills.

Position begins ASAP

Salary: $46,242 to 61,271 per annum; commensurate with experience.  This is a Staff & Chair, Grade 40 12 month position.
