This role will involve phone support for customers calling in with questions about their phones and other equipment purchased from the organization. In this role you can count on taking phone calls. These calls are relating to equipment that is not working properly and the goal of the call is to assist the customer in getting the equipment working again. Training will be provided!

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for solving problems, working out solutions, handling complaints, minor billing and programming questions and much more! The average time for promotion is <12 month.
This organization has 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions available including overnight from home!

Salary: 17.50 - 19.50 per hour
