Payette Lake's famous Pilgrim Cove is named after the Camp because in the early years following Camp's founding in 1927, there was no other development in the area and since it took campers even from nearby Boise, ID nearly all day to travel to Camp, the journey was nicknamed a pilgrimage, the campers were nicknamed pilgrims, and the cove became known as Pilgrim Cove.
To glorify God by extravagantly welcoming, accommodating and offering our guests a venue in which they can create lasting memories from various events, recreational experiences, and revisit special traditions in the midst of a stunning, natural setting.
