The Digital Campaign Specialist is a key member of the Marketing Services Team excelling in understanding the goals of a digital campaign and executing orders with our third-party vendors. The Digital Campaign Specialist is a highly technical position focused on creating sophisticated tracking and reporting strategies based on customer goals and KPIs. This position works with the advertising team to promote client retention and growth through excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Execute digital campaign orders, sometimes working with third-party vendors
- Set sophisticated campaign tracking strategies using tracking software such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and others
- Collaborate with internal work groups to execute all aspects of a digital campaign
- Create daily, weekly or monthly campaign reports based on overall tracking strategies, customer goals and KPIs
- Stay ahead of trends and digital marketing capabilities
- Be a digital marketing leader
- Promote client advocacy at every step in the process

- Campaign launch, working with vendors: 40%
- Reporting analysis and delivery: 40%

- Ongoing learning and digital training: 5%
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with a variety of digital marketing tactics including social, SEO, SEM, display and programmatic
- The ability to analyze campaign data and make recommendations for future growth and success
- Google AdWords and Google Analytics certification - OR the ability to become certified within 2 months of accepting the position
- A proven track record working within a digital sales environment
- Ability to have productive internal or external customer interactions in person, on the phone or via email
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and adapt new technologies
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent quantitative reasoning, problem solving, creativity and strategic skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of campaign tracking strategy including placement of pixels and other measurement software including Google Analytics
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors to fulfill customer campaigns
- Experience with SalesForce and Google Drive
