Shamrock Concrete Co. is now hiring Mixer Truck Drivers ! We have multiple openings at the PAPILLION location.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL:
• Have a valid Class A or B CDL
• Be able to pass a background
check, DOT physical and drug
screen.
Personal and Family Benefits

Vacation: Hourly employees are eligible for up to four weeks of paid vacation for planned vacations and for unscheduled time off such as illness, dependent care or personal emergencies.

Holidays: Employees are eligible for up to six paid holidays per year.

Flexible Spending Accounts: Employees may pay for eligible medical expenses and eligible dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Retirement

401(k) Plan: Employees may contribute on a pre-tax basis any portion of their income up to the maximum dollar limit set by law to various investment options. The company matches 25% of the first 4% of an employee’s contributions.

Pension Plan: The Company funds a pension plan that provides certain eligible employees at participating locations with retirement benefits based upon years of service and pay. Employees not eligible for the pension plan may be eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan described above.
Insurance

Medical Insurance: The Company provides major medical insurance for all full-time employees. We pay up to 90% of the premiums. The employee portion of the premiums is paid for on a pre-tax basis. The medical plan is a PPO plan and does include a prescription drug program. Eligibility starts two months after date of hire.

Dental Insurance: The Company offers it employees access to this benefit at group rates. Employee premiums are paid for on a pre-tax basis. The dental network is provided through the Principal Financial Group. Eligibility starts two months after date of hire.

Short-term Disability Insurance: Lyman-Richey Corporation offers its employees short-term disability insurance that provides income protection in case of accident or illness after a two-month waiting period from date of hire. The benefit is payable up to 26 weeks.

Life and Accident Insurance: The company provides a basic Life and AD&D benefit for all of its employees. Supplemental insurance can be purchased at the Company’s group rates.
