Little Whale Cove Homeowners Association (LWCHA) is seeking a talented Community Manager (CM) to provide guidance on issues such as governance, finance, human resources, reserves, insurance, budget, contracts, rules and legal requirements to an elected, ever changing volunteer Board. This guidance enables informed and legally sustainable decisions and ensures consistency and continuity over time. The CM fosters an environment of inclusion, respect and support for all homeowners and staff.
Successful candidates will have a background in management of a homeowner's association or equivalent position. CMAC certification is desirable and a college degree is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
Salary and benefits $70,000 negotiable depending on experience.
