DIGITAL CAMPAIGN OPTIMIZATION MANAGER
The Las Vegas Review Journal is seeking a highly motivated Team Manager
The digital optimization manager will work across multiple digital marketing disciplines, including Google Ads/paid search, paid social advertising, analytics, SEO, landing page creation and optimization, and reporting. This person will support our in-house digital team in a team-focused atmosphere. You will work with the digital lead in setting up, managing and optimizing paid search, programmatic, content, video and social campaigns as directed, as well as contributing to regular client campaign reporting. This person will manage 1 direct report with similar responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with in-house digital team to develop strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee the on boarding, management and execution Google Ads/paid search and social media advertising campaigns
- Design and creation of effective campaign landing pages
- Collect performance data from internal and external sources
- Actively monitor and optimize paid search, programmatic, content, video and social campaigns
- Stay up to date with digital marketing industry trends and developments
- Analyze results and trends to help make recommendations to improve clients' campaigns
- Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize campaign success
- Maintain and report on profit and loss for digital campaigns
- Work with sales staff to develop and continuously improve digital campaign reporting formats
Key Skills
Must have at least 1-year experience using paid search advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
- Must have experience in paid search keyword research and evaluation
- Experience using social advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising)
- Experience with Google Analytics/Tag Manager tools and creating regular client reporting
- Experience creating campaign landing pages
- Proactive, self-starter and a team player
- Analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage your time
- Desire to continue learning and staying on top of digital marketing industry trends – on own time if needed
Requirements
Associates Degree required, minimum of Bachelors in Advertising, Business, or Statistics preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ Experience working with large-scale national and/or regional advertising accounts preferred.
