Plant Maintenance Manager/Supervisor

Plant Maintenance Manager/Supervisor, Nampa, Idaho: Supervise the maintenance team & plan and evaluate all maintenance activities of the plant. Work with OSHA, FDA, and USDA inspectors on new projects for assigned departments. Maintain & ensure service of equipment in the production and packaging. Participate in operating budget, goals, & objectives of plant. Provide constant attention to costs from parts, labor, & downtime issues related to maintenance activities. Set up & manage systems for preventive maintenance. Order parts, organize, input & maintain part inventory information. Provide technical advice on difficult & recurring matters and monitor the safety/security indicators. Establish the most advantageous courses of action for successful management & implementation of company’s maintenance policies. Req. five yrs. of exp. as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, or an Electro Mechanical Technician working in a food manufacturing plant in a dairy environment.
