Agricultural Equipment Operator

Agricultural Equipment Operator, J.R. Simplot Co. (Boise & Grand View ID). Operates eqpmt to perform farming functions including but not limited to discing, plowing, ripping, planting, spraying, & cultivating in order to prepare soil &  plant crops according to the Farm Manager or Foreman’s schedules. Ensures farm operations comply with established safety procedures & guidelines. Examines farm eqpmt for malfunctions; schedules regular maintenance service on farm eqpmt as assigned by Farm Manager or Foreman; performs minor mechanical repairs to eqpmt & machinery in order to reduce eqpmt downtime.
