SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT, J.R. Simplot Co. (Boise, ID). Serve as primary systems administrator of  PLM system & act as expert relating to creating/dsgng new attributes, assigning access, creating workflows, templates, & reports. Own end to end process for creating/ distributing product attribute content, synchronizing with digital assets & ensuring legal approval. Provide general application support to all users. Work with IT to escalate user errors & implmt solutions. Responsible for managing consultants/managed service providers to support system changes & upgrades. Responsible to create/ maintain a user manual with PLM SOPs. Work with IT Business Relationship Manager to build technology roadmap for product lifecycle mgmt. Lead subsequent optimizations of PLM solution, ensuring that global dsgn remains intact but regional reqmts are accommodated. Dsgn efficient workflow solutions that will enable complete, accurate timely product attribute consolidation, aligning with the appropriate digital assets while ensuring data governance policies/procedures are followed & appropriate legal approvals obtained. Collaborate globally/cross functionally to optimize current commercialization process. Manage projects related to data enrichment, data cleansing/process improvement. Dsgn, dvlp, implmt data reports to monitor data quality exception reporting. Reqmts: Bachelor’s Deg or foreign equiv in Info Technology, Engg or related field. Min. 5 yrs of exp in job or as PLM Analyst/Consultant. Must include expe in strategy, implmtn, support & assessment of various PLMs products enabled by Siemens & Oracle cloud PLM.
