DELIVERY ANALYST IV- HQ GS, J.R. Simplot Co. (Boise, ID). Performs elicitation, analysis, & documentation of business, functional, & non-functional reqmts for projects of high complexity. Documents as-is & to-be processes. Leads RFx processes. Creates use cases & corresponding UAT test cases; may lead UAT test planning & execution. Manages reqmts throughout the project lifecycle. May Project Manage small / medium sized projects. Demonstrates technical & non-technical leadership & exerts influence outside of immediate team. Participates in cross-functional teams. Dvlps innovative team solutions to complex problems. Contributes to strategic direction for teams. Represents team to partners. Mentors & consults with team members & other organizations, customer, & vendors on complex issues. Ensure information security policies & standards are understood & assists the business in assessing risks & applying standards & policies. Reqmts: Bachelor’s Deg or foreign equiv in Bus Admin, Mgmt Info Systems or related field. Min. 5 yrs of exp in job or as SAP/FICO Consultant.
