Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Program Manager for Digital Marketing, Executive Education, Boca Raton, FL.
Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business Executive Education department is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to initiate, manage, track, and optimize digital advertising channels to help achieve growth goals. This includes email marketing, paid digital advertising, SEO/SEM, organic and paid social media, OTT, and many others. We are looking for a tech-savvy, storyteller who can create high quality, valuable content to attract, inform and engage an audience, while also promoting the brand, advertising of university brand awareness, student recruitment and other campaigns in the online and digital marketplace.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work directly with online media partners to add long-term value to the University. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in digital marketing with experience in paid digital media planning and metrics.
Summary of Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as main contact with vendors for all digital marketing efforts, including paid online media, search engine marketing, interactive marketing, internal/external partnerships, etc.
- Develop and implement digital and traditional strategy for marketing, communications, advertising and brand strategy.
- Liaise in all aspects of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, Display, Re-Targeting and Acquisition, Social Advertising (FBX, Social Display), Paid Video, Email Marketing and content marketing.
- Responsible for the analysis, tracking, and optimizing of our PPC, display, Paid social media and other web-based marketing programs.
- Manage the budgeting process for digital marketing channels to assure allocation of resources that will produce optimum results.
- Manage projects across different disciplines, partners, and teams as needed.
- Prepare clear reports with accurate insights and actionable next steps.
- Manage paid media ads and media buying activities, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Assist in writing or creating content across organic and paid tactics.
- Act as a consultant with various teams and represent the marketing team, especially in ideating/brainstorming.
- All other related duties assigned by the Assistant Director of Marketing and Assistant Dean for Executive Education.
Minimum Qualification
Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and three to five years of appropriate experience required.
Three to five years of experience with Google Analytics required.
Strong expertise with organic and paid social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and others as needed), SEO, SEM, OTT, email campaigns, traditional media, and other advertising platforms required.
Strong written and communication skills required.
Experience working in a CRM required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tight deadlines required.
Hard work ethic/skill working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team as well as independently required.
Five years digital marketing experience working in digital media analytics, agency experience is preferred.
Experience in management of projects and people preferred.
