Chef position at busy, local restaurant in Hailey, 25 years in business. Owner operated, same owners for 25 years. Current chef of 16 years will be retiring in the fall. Looking to train new chef over the next 5 months to ensure a smooth transition. Duties will include but are not limited to; prep, line cooking, ordering, monthly inventory, cleaning, etc. Work week is Wednesday through Sunday, closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Open for dinner only at 5pm. Two weeks paid vacation, shift meal, salary (DOE) plus tips. Upward potential/ownership opportunities for right person. Possibility of housing option for right person. If interested in owning business/property we would be willing to discuss further. Hours are maximum 40-50 per week, not late night, mornings/days free.
