POLICE OFFICER
The City of Worthington is offering testing services for the position of Police Officer through National Testing Network, Inc. To register and schedule a test, go to www.nationaltestingnetwork.com then select Law Enforcement and sign up for the City of Worthington. Candidates must complete the examination by January 12, 2018 to be considered in the City of Worthington’s Police Officer hiring process.
The City of Worthington does not require a Physical Abilities Test as part of this hiring process.
Upon completion of this entry level exam, all candidate scores are automatically forwarded to the City of Worthington. Only candidates who attain a passing score on the entry level exam will be eligible to move forward in the process.
The City of Worthington will contact candidates that will be invited to move forward in the selection process – after the testing deadline of January 12, 2018. DO NOT SUBMIT A CITY APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT UNTIL CONTACTED BY THE WORTHINGTON DEPT. OF PERSONNEL. The City of Worthington will notify those that will progress to the Formal Application Process by January 30, 2018.
The National Testing Network charges a $49 fee, and will send test results to one participating city or agency. Tests results may be sent to multiple agencies for an additional fee of $9.50 each. The National Testing Network offers the FrontLine Law Enforcement entry level police officer examination at locations throughout the United States. Testing locations near Worthington include Columbus State Community College and Franklin University.
