City Manager Stanfield, Oregon. Population 2,185. Hiring Range $65,000 - $80,000 DOQ, plus excellent benefits. Staff of about 21 employees, of which 9 are full-time; annual budget of $3.7 million. Position is responsible to the Mayor and 6-member City Council. A Bachelors degree in Public Administration or related field with at least two years local government management experience, including supervisory responsibilities or equivalent required. A Masters degree is desirable. Successful applicants will have a good general overall knowledge of municipal operations and demonstrated experience and knowledge in financial management, budgeting, grant writing and procurement.
