Director of Human Resources - Corporate
St. Clare Commons is a Facility located in Perrysburg that provides options for Skilled and Long term care, Assisted Living, Memory care and Recreational Therapy all in one. We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our growing team!
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the recruiting and retention of staff members and serves as an advisor and coach to management and employees on all human resources practices such as onboarding, corrective actions and employee evaluations.
This position is responsible for maintaining, auditing and updating employee information in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) as well as the Learning Management System (LMS). Ensures compliance in accordance to state and federal guidelines and implements proper communication with employee relations, compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources; Long term care preferred
- Prior experience using ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Previous experience submitting PBJ hours to CMS
