Activities Director (Assisted Living and Memory Care) St. Clare Commons
St. Clare Commons is growing and currently seeking an experienced Activities Director for our Assisted Living and Memory Care Unit. A well qualified candidate should have at least two years prior experience in social or recreational programing environment, preferably working in a long term care facility. Previous experience working with individuals with Dementia and/or Alzheimer's disease highly desired.
The Director of Activities is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and developing the overall operations of the Activities in the AL/MC Unit. The Director is to maintain a program of activities that reflects the resident’s comprehensive assessment and/or interests that will meet the physical, mental, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the resident.
