Broken Arrow Communications, Inc. is currently looking to add a Tower Hand to our team in the Boise, Idaho market.
Position Overview:
Help in the construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of communications tower and support structures.
Responsibilities:
- Follow direction given to you from the foremen and PM's.
- Follow of all OSHA and Company Safety procedures.
- Responsible for daily reporting to your manager.
- Climbing and working on communication towers for the purpose of installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance of wireless systems.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Industry experience is preferred.
- Must be able to travel.
- The ability to work overtime as needed including nights and weekends
- Need to be highly organized and able to effectively provide the Foreman with reports, both verbally and written.
- Must know the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment.
- Focused on the project at hand.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Must possess your own basic hand tools.
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check when needed on certain projects.
- Must have valid driver license with good driving record
- Must be dependable and responsible with an extremely high work ethic
- Able to lift 75 lbs.

Tower Foreman
Broken Arrow Communications, Inc. is seeking Experienced Tower Foremen for immediate start in the Boise, Idaho market.
We do offer a very competitive salary and a stable, safe work environment.
Requirements:
? Candidates must be knowledgeable in installation of all types of lines, antennas, and corresponding RF components. Sweep testing, RF troubleshooting, RET system configuration and troubleshooting, PIM testing experience is a must.
? Must be able to test and troubleshoot various types of coaxial cable with an Anristu Sitemaster and Kaelus / Summitec PIM Test equipment.
? Must pass a drug screen and have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
? Responsible for leading a team of tower hands in order to complete installation of carriers on new build and existing towers.
? Erection of various tower types.
? Instruct and follow of all OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures.
? The ability to give direction to Crane Operators engaged in hoisting and moving loads, to ensure the safety of others and material handled.
? Responsible for quality and safety of all work being performed on site.
? Perform tower modifications, inspections, inventories and audits.
? Ability to read a compass, set azimuths and down tilts per specifications
? Responsible for daily reporting
? Responsible for administering the daily safety briefings on site with crew members, maintaining safety logs, JSA's.
? Responsible for completing closeout packages for sites after site completion.
