The Social Media Expert is responsible for growing our followers, engaging and retaining them, and helping convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. The person in this role has command of best practices and trends in social media marketing and specific channels, enjoys being creative and understands how to both build and convert a digital audience.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience and four to seven years of experience actively managing corporate and personal presences on social media is required. Candidates must have a working knowledge of specified Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, social media management products, and each social network’s best practices. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
