Administrative Clerk
Ada County Highway District, ACHD is now accepting applications for an Administrative Clerk in the Communications Department. This is a full time, non-exempt position and the starting wage is $13.40 - $15.40 per hour, DOQ.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The individual performs a variety of receptionist, clerical tasks, and responds to incoming calls and visitors to the front reception area.
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills, the ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers, and general office practices and procedures.
- The applicant must be accurate and have the ability to multi-task. Strong customer service skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases is necessary.
- OR any combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be acceptable.
